COVID-19 showed us all that work can be done from anywhere and anytime. The perception that work needs to be accomplished in a 9-5 work day is, officially, archaic and obsolete. SmartMomGig.com offers flexibility and freedom to support a new way of life, by giving us a new way to work.
Driven by a legacy of strong women, my desire to make a difference has shaped my journey. From my great-grandmother and grandmother's accomplishments to my mother's resilience while battling illness, their stories profoundly influenced me. My path led to a 20-year corporate career, but my passion for empowering women persisted. In 2019, I conceived SmartMomGig.com, a platform to support women in the workforce. Life's changes reaffirmed my mission, inspiring me to overcome my fears and launch the concept.
Today, I'm embarking on a new venture that revolutionizes hiring and work dynamics. SmartMomGig.com not only benefits mothers but also offers flexibility and cost-efficiency for businesses.
