WESOS sisters refer other sisters based on first hand knowledge of their skill, professionalism and a real relationship with their referral - not just someone that is in their leads group.

WESOS is not category specific - we invite all women to join our membership with a nurturing attitude to help others grow their business and become successful

Membership is inclusive of marginalized genders including women, women-identifying individuals, and non-binary people who are comfortable in a space that centers around the experiences of women entrepreneurs, women business owners and women professionals.
