Dawn Wellott is an expert at creating efficiency and effectiveness in corporate workflow with 20 years of experience in Leadership, Demand Management, and Corporate Training.
Dawn and team created an operational intake and workflow management system for a fortune 500 media company to support all internal back office that supported over 200k employees. Essentially, a step by step workflow process for internal operations including: Training, Communications, Project Management, Methods and Procedures, and Change Management.
She's a certified Gallup Strengths Coach, entrepreneur and mother to 2 amazing children who have supported her in this venture. Colton (13) and Calleigh (9), this is for you.

Judy Fleming is a social entrepreneur with over 30 years of experience in Business Development, producing partnerships for sustainable water technologies, entertainment/educational venues around the globe.
Her most recent ventures are as Partner/Business Development with Star Harbor Academy raising donations to educate future astronauts.
She was responsible for raising $26M investment for OdySea in the Desert edutainment complex and ran program concepts/animal programs & procurement for OdySea Aquarium. Prior to this she was the Creative Concept Consultant for Baha Mar Nassau, enabling $4,2 billion resort development.
As Co-Founder of the Downtown Aquarium in Denver, CO, she led a $93M capital raise with Denver’s top business leaders. This led to Broadcast Journalist for aquatic related topics on NBC for over ten years.

Joel is CEO at Accelerant BSP/ACC and currently engaged in advocacy, development and execution of rural/urban business, economic and social solutions in numerous communities.
Joel serves as an advisor to auticon.us, an international information technology consulting firm that exclusively employs adults on the autism spectrum which is a social enterprise with a Salt Lake City Utah office in addition to operations in multiple countries.
